Companies can apply for GRANT if they meet the following criteria:

1. Registered and operating in Singapore and purchase equipment must be used in Singapore
2. An SME with minimum 30% local shareholding; AND Company’s Group annual sales turnover less than S$100 million, OR less than 200 employees
3. The applicant must not have made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase of the equipment.
4. The applicant must not have signed or confirmed any contract or purchase order with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase.

• How long it takes to approved?

1. About 4 to 6 weeks after submission.

• How much is the grant for dish washing machine?

1. Grant support: 80% of cost of equipment, up to $4,000

• What is the cost of the dish washing machine?
• TECS50 –under table S$3500 , with stand S$4000
• TECS60 – Hood type S$4500 , energy saver
• C88 Hood type S$4000)
• What documents we need to submit?

1. Croppass log in
2. Quotation
3. Product Brochure
4. Your company FY reports.
5. In some cases , they required the Tenancy agreement

• When do we make payment?

1. After the grant is approved, we proceed with the installation, payment shall be made to us after installation completed.

• When can we claim?

1. After payment by cheque or fund transfer, produce the bank statement and make a claim.

• How long it takes for the grant payment to bank in our account.

1. Its take 6 weeks to process, sometime it may take longer, but with the approval letter it will definitely receive payment.

• Which model do you recommend and what items can we wash?

1. Depend on the space, electrical power and the number of plates.
2. Plates, bowls, cups, fork and spoon, Toys like LEGO, and those make of plastics.

• What is the wash cycle of the machine, and how many plates, bowls, cups per cycle?

1. It takes 3 mins to wash and rinse.
2. Depend on the size, estimate 16 to 20 plates, bowls or cups each cycle.

• Do we need to wipe dry after washing?

1. No, it will be almost dry, after washing put aside for 5 mins.
2. Wiping with cloth after washing and sterilized, make no difference, bacterial on cloth will stain the crockery once again.

• Does it come with the installation?

1. Yes, normally we will fix up the drainage, water inlet if not mote then 1. 5 m.

• What we need to prepare for the installation?

1. Electrical power –Single phrase 20 / 32 amp or 3 phrase 20 amp (To be decide after site visit)
2. Water tap, Drainage hole.
3. Space of 600mmx600mm – TECS50,
4. Space of 800mmx800mm –TECS60 and C88

• How much is the washing chemical and usage , do we need to pour in manually?

1. Detergent S$50 per 20L drum.
2. Rinse S$65 per 20L drum.
3. Heavy user normally orders 1×1 drum, childcare center about 2 months
4. We will fix up a chemical pump .

• What is the warranty?

1. 12 months from date of installation with parts and labour cost.

• Do we need maintenance cost?

1. Low maintenance, as it is self-cleaning, just do some simple procedure daily.

• How do we proceed if we like to apply the grant?

1. Contact us to make a site visit to confirm on space, electrical power, water and drainage.
2. Provide us the ACRA , we prepare the necessary documents
3. Arrange to apply in your office or using Team viewer.
